RESERVATION PROCESS AND DONATIONS

Members may reserve one week beginning January 5th, 2021 for the coming year by emailing Mike or Chris Bittrich at GMOTlodge@gmail.com. The week will begin Saturday afternoon at 3:00 PM and check out will be the following Saturday morning at 11:00 AM. ALL members must fill out a liability form to protect the trust and return it with a check for the weekly donations within ten days to:

• A second week may be reserved sixty days prior to the reserved week (if available.) The donations for the week should be sent to our treasurer Carol Sabanty within one week of making the reservation.

• Members who did not have a week at the lodge the previous year will have priority to reserve a week the month of January the following year.

MEMBER DONATION SCHEDULE

MAY 16TH THROUGH JANUARY 10TH

 

• Oneness Lodge: Six people is the maximum. (Two children five and under may be included but parents will have to bring bedding, etc.)

• Keewaydin’s Lair: Four people is the maximum.

​

• Oneness Lodge and Keewaydin’s Lair are fully insulated and have a heating system that will warm the Lodge and Lair quickly. The driveway will be plowed when guests are scheduled and the heat and water will be turned on by a caretaker.​

• Increased daily costs for the caretaker to have the driveway plowed, house appliances turned on and turned off and, of course, the cost of heating the lodge as well as taking trash to Lincoln require the donations to be a little higher.

JANUARY 11TH THROUGH MAY 15TH

 

• Oneness Lodge and Keewaydin’s Lair will be closed.

• Special requests during this time period will be considered by the scheduling team and board of directors.
